How far in advance should i book?
I recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during busy seasons like spring and fall. However, feel free to reach out, if I have availability, I’m happy to accommodate!
how do i book a session?
Simply fill out the inquiry form on my contact page. From there, I’ll guide you through selecting a date, and securing your session with a signed contract and retainer.
do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. That will be applied to the collection you choose.

what should i wear?
I’ll provide a styling guide after booking to help you choose outfits that photograph beautifully and feel like you. Neutrals, soft tones, and coordinating (not matching) outfits tend to work best.
WHere will the session take place?
Sessions can be held outdoors, in-home, or at a studio depending on your vision. I’m happy to suggest locations based on the look and feel you want.
what if i feel awkward in front of the camerA?
You’re not alone, and you don’t need to worry. I gently guide you through natural prompts so you feel comfortable, confident, and like yourself. Most of my clients say this before their session… and leave saying how easy it felt.
after the session
when will i receive my photos?
Your gallery will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. I always aim to deliver as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
how many photos will i receive?
Number of images depends on your session type, but you can expect a thoughtfully curated gallery with a mix of candid and posed moments.
will my photos be edited?
The proof gallery is lightly edited. Any images that you choose for purchase will have more extensive editing done. This is all collection dependent.

what happens if the weather is bad?
If weather conditions aren’t ideal, we’ll reschedule at no additional cost. I always keep a close eye on the forecast leading up to your session.
can i reschedule my session?
Life happens! I allow one reschedule with advance notice. Additional changes may require a new booking fee.
Do you travel?
Yes! I’m available for travel sessions. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
extras
can i print my photos?
Absolutely, if you choose to order a collection of retouched digital image files, you’ll receive a private online gallery where you can download images and order professional quality prints. I share a print release along with a recommended lab.
can i share my photos on social media?
Yes! I love when clients share their images. I just ask that you tag me and avoid applying additional filters so the edits remain true to my work.
do you offer mini sessions?
I prefer longer sessions, but on occasion I may offer curated themed sessions on select dates throughout the year. Be sure to join my email list or follow along on social media to be the first to know when they’re released.
